Orzo with Spicy Italian Sausage.

Chef Tom Hall shares with you his favorite recipe for the season.

Orzo with spicey italian sausage, grape tomatoes and baby spinach.

Directions:
Preheat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add your sausage and sautee until sausage is cooked through. Add the onions, butternut squash and grape tomatoes.


Season with garlic, salt, pepper and chicken stock. Let stand and simmer until the squash has cooked through. Add fresh basil and pecorino romano cheese. Serve. Enjoy.

  • 1) 1 lb Hot Italian Sausage
  • 2) 12 Grape Tomatoes
  • 3) 1/2 Cup chopped Red Onion
  • 4) 1 Tbls Garlic
  • 3) 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
  • 4) 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 5) 1 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 6) 1/2 Cup Pine Nuts
  • 7) 1/2 Cup Butternut Squash
  • 8) 1 Tbls Butter
  • 9) 2 Tbls Fresh Basil
  • 10) 1/2 Cup Pecorino Cheese
